    We booked our holidays with Maeva portal. There was NO information about our accommodation , how we could receive the key, which apartment is ours, nothing! When we arrived at the Charlett des Rennes the reception was closed. With 3 children and in a cold weather staying in front of the winter houses we started to look for the telephone number. The first lady we called told us that we don't have any reservation on our name!!! After calling 3 different numbers, we finally found the right one, who gave us another place to go and to take the key and the bed sheets, which were with some brown spots. There is no WiFi, which was shown to be available on the Web site. Thw stairs between the apartments were so slided that was really dangerous for the children to walk alone. Obwohl there were a lot of bags for the dogs, there were everywhere a lot of dog mist to seen. The check out was at 9:00, which for a family with 3 children is almost not possible to be done. We never had a check out at 9:00!!! We payed a deposit of 300 euro, which we will have probably back after 4 weeks!!! Never again!
